Does your facility require a review of practitioners’ charts for better documentation and better care of high-risk cases?
Independent peer reviews are intended to evaluate charts in high-risk categories to ensure Southwest Medical’s physicians possess and exercise the degree of skill normally exhibited by the average prudent physician in the same or similar circumstances. These reviews are included in our service and can be requested monthly. We will also review individual charts should the need arise.
