Each facility under contract with Southwest Medical Associates, Inc. is provided with a designated schedule coordinator that is familiar with your particular geographic area and the physicians available within that area. The schedule coordinator for your facility will ultimately become an integral part of your emergency department healthcare delivery team. Southwest's schedulers are available 24 hours a day to respond to any problem or conflict that may arise.
