Our Credentialing Department, supervised by a Nationally Certified Credentialing Specialist, conducts primary source verification that meets the standards of JCAHO, NCQA and Medicare. In addition, Southwest will also comply with your hospital by-laws credentialing requirements.
Additional services provided by our Credentialing Department include filing the necessary paperwork for Medicare and Medicaid numbers, assistance in an accreditation survey, compiling physician information for trauma designation and providing consultation services to your credentialing department.
